About the restaurant reviews:
Restaurant reviews are relative to their context, not some impossible, absolute frame of reference. Restaurants and dining in general have too much breadth to allow for such scoring. So a great pub with great pub food and great ambiance and great service is going to get a better score than a fine dining establishment has has better product and technique than the pub, but fails to reach its potential.

Fair and balanced reviews. They are certainly consistent with my experiences with those restaurants. And, you are right. We need more good restaurants in Atlanta, particularly East Cobb.
